RETURNS:
 

Sew Heritage will accept returns within 14 days from the despatch date. The item must be in the original condition with the original tags, unworn and unaltered. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Sale and promotional products cannot be returned. Sale items are final.

 

 

EXCHANGES:

 

Due to the handmade nature of out items and limited runs on fabrics, we cannot be certain of availability when returning your item for exchange. You may need to place a new order before returning your item for an exchange to guarantee stock availability.

 

 

SHIPPING:

We use Royal Mail and offer a fixed shipping cost of £3 for Mainland UK.

Shipping costs outside of the UK will vary by weight and size to give you the best value.

 

Please give accurate delivery address details when placing your order.
We will not be held accountable for the loss of items if address information is incorrect.
No Refund will be issued under these circumstances unless a postal claim is possible.
